Faxter Operator

The operations manager that never forgets a deadline.

Operator turns incoming work into a queue, puts it on the right person's phone, and holds everyone to what was promised — including itself.

Work that assigns itself

Orders and bookings become a prioritised queue. Operator puts each job on somebody's phone over WhatsApp, chases the acknowledgement, and escalates when the clock runs out.

Deadlines with consequences

Every promise has a time on it. Operator knows which ones were missed, and — more usefully — whether the cause was the person, the supplier, or the weather.

Proof before closing

Nothing is marked done without the evidence its policy asks for. A photo, a scan, both. No evidence, no closure.

Selling what you actually have

Where there is capacity to sell — seats, rooms, appointments — customers book it directly, and the same seat cannot be sold twice however it was sold the first time.
