They can’t book what has already gone
They choose on a page in your name, and what they pick is held while they pay. Nobody else can be sold it meanwhile — not your counter, not somebody on the phone, not another browser.
The job arrives on their phone
A WhatsApp message says what to do, by when, and what will close it. Orchestrator waits for the reply, chases it, and passes the job to the backup if it never comes. Nothing to install.

Every assignment, chase, hold and closure is written down with a time on it. So “why was that late?” is answered from the record rather than from what anybody remembers.

A seat is held for minutes while somebody pays, and released the moment they stop. The counter, the phone and the website are the same inventory — the database refuses a second sale rather than trusting everyone to check.
Deadlines that know whose fault it was
Every promise carries a time. Orchestrator knows which were missed, and separates the ones the shopfloor caused from the ones the supplier, the customer or the weather did.
Nothing closes without proof
A photo, a scan, both — whatever that job's policy asks for. Evidence is checked rather than trusted, and an order nobody can prove shipped is not marked shipped.
Rules you write in your own words
Cut-offs, priorities, who covers which branch, how long a hold lasts. Written as sentences, shown back to you as what would have happened last week, and only then switched on.
It writes back where the work came from
Ingests from the system you already run on — Shopify at the pilot — and marks fulfilment there when the evidence lands. Where you have no such system, Orchestrator is one.
